THE SILENCE BEFORE THE “FORM”



There is a moment, often almost imperceptible, when everything stands still for a moment. Not because the world stands still, but because you stop fighting, thinking, remembering, and running ahead. In that moment, you are not preoccupied with anything, and that is precisely why you are finally present. This is the silence before form. The place where change begins.




And for this, we have been given a bio-computer (our brain), which has evolved over 200,000 years into what we know today. With this apparatus, we can shape our future. And for this, we have been given a neocortex in addition to the limbic system and the brain stem. No one knows why, how, or when this happened, but it is so. In this neocortex, we have two prefrontal cortex areas, the true heroes!




The prefrontal cortex in the neocortex has three functions:




· Metacognition (discovering thought patterns in the old self)




· Creating a new way of thinking, searching for information and building blocks




· Realistically projecting thoughts into images and words.




Most people live their lives as if they were trapped in a loop. The same thoughts, the same emotions, the same reactions. It feels as if life is simply rolling over them. What they often don't realize is that their body and brain are primarily concerned with one thing: keeping them alive. This happens automatically. The body learns from the past and tries to predict and repeat that past as best it can because it feels safe. In this way, the person you were yesterday unnoticedly becomes the person you are today.




Nevertheless, every person has the ability to break out of this. This ability does not lie in thinking harder, but in becoming gentler. And you can achieve this by lowering your brain frequency.




Each of us has an autonomic nervous system (ANS) that is controlled by the limbic system or midbrain. In the beta frequency, you are usually not really coherent, i.e., your thoughts race through experiences from the past, present, and future at the same time. By lowering your brain frequency to alpha, you reach the bridge of your past and can let go of the predictability of the future, because everything happens unconsciously. This brings you into the theta frequency, where you are no longer connected to your past, your 3D reality, and your fixed identity.




In theta, you enter the field of possibilities and information at the frequency level and of creation. This is the way to access the operating system of the AZS for healing, repairing damaged cells, digestion, fighting infections, regulating your blood and sugar levels, and so on. The best pharmacist in the world... It is fascinating to achieve homeostasis through trance. The AZS can become accessible.




In this state, the body is no longer concerned with survival, but with healing. It doesn't have to prove anything, defend anything. It listens. Not to words, but to feelings. The body understands emotions better than thoughts. That's why real change doesn't happen through wanting or forcing, but through feeling. When you allow yourself to feel calm, gratitude, or love, even if there is no reason for it yet, you give your body a new signal. You tell it: It's safe now.




· At that moment, you can formulate a clear intention with an accompanying feeling. Your prefrontal cortex can do this: project thoughts realistically in images and words.




· Create a new way of thinking.








At that moment, space is created for something new. Not because you force it, but because you stop clinging to what was. In this space, an intention can arise. Not a desire born of lack, but a clear inner alignment. A gentle knowing. You don't have to overthink or explain this intention. It is enough that you feel and recognize it. It's like getting a brief glimpse of who you could be.




When this intention coincides with a warm feeling in your heart, something special happens. Your body begins to react as if this future moment were already true (the neurons of the heart send more information to the brain than vice versa). This doesn't make you excited or impatient, but calm and present. It's as if you are no longer waiting, but have already arrived. In this state, not only does how you feel change, but also how you perceive things. You see other possibilities, hear other things, react differently to situations that used to happen automatically. In this way, you create (through repetition) new neural networks that can overwrite the old ones.


What follows feels like coincidence or synchronicity to many people. Things seem to fall into place. Encounters, insights, opportunities arise at moments you could not have planned. Not because the world has suddenly changed, but because you see things differently and move differently; you have become more dynamic.

The silence before form is not a place you visit once and then possess. It is an inner state that you can sink into again and again.

Change then becomes no longer a struggle, but a natural consequence of who you are becoming.

And those are exactly the things we offer in our retreats in Andalusia, over three or four days.
