The language of being: how emotions shape reality

Change does not begin with thinking, but with being.
When someone embarks on a new path—a different inner attitude, a different emotional orientation—not only does their behavior change, but so does the reality they experience. That change only becomes real and lasting when it is experienced, visible to others, until it becomes anchored in a new pattern of existence.
We humans all speak a language that is older than words and more fundamental than logic: the language of emotion.
Our feelings are the vibration with which we tune into consciousness and the field of possibilities that some call “the matrix,” “the quantum field,” “the Great Presence,” or simply “God.” This field does not respond to superficial positive thinking or desirable thoughts, but to our actual state of being: the emotions we carry with us, allow, suppress, or radiate.
Every emotion that passes through our body causes measurable changes: hormonal shifts, chemical reactions, a different pH value, a different tension on our cells. We are living resonance fields. Scientists have long established that our DNA responds to emotional signals and that our physical condition is in constant dialogue with what we feel. According to you, this goes even further: emotions influence DNA, and DNA influences the building blocks of the world. The relationship between emotion and reality therefore transcends time and space. The field is constantly in motion because seven billion people are continuously emitting emotional impulses into it—a cosmic web that is never completely taut and never completely still.
When we view this dynamic from a holographic consciousness, it becomes clear that reality is not “local.” Everything is everywhere; here is there, and now is always. Time and space are not absolute boundaries, but projections within a broader consciousness. So we are not limited to our physical bodies or to the classical laws of physics. To a certain extent, we are co-creators of our experience. Where Einstein spoke of humans as observers of an existing reality, others claim that we are active participants in a much more layered universe – a cosmic hologram of which we see only a thin layer.
According to ancient traditions, the true source of creation lies in those deeper layers. What we experience here is only the shadow, a reflection of a richer, more complete reality. The Vedic texts wrote thousands of years ago: “What happens on earth is a faint imprint of ultimate reality.”
We believe that our possibilities lie somewhere “outside of us,” but that “outside” is already here. It is our emotional state—our state of being—that determines which layer of reality we can perceive.
The holographic field in which we participate can be compared to a computer: A metaphor: the computer of consciousness
• The programs are our emotions, beliefs, and feelings.
• The operating system is our consciousness, which processes all input.
• The screen is reality as we experience it.
What we consciously or unconsciously enter into the program appears on the screen. Our outer world reflects our inner state. That is why real transformation is only possible if we not only think differently, but also are different – if we consciously learn to speak the language of emotions.
Our emotions, which are fed by a low frequency of fear, guilt, shame, jealousy, etc., can change when we raise that frequency. When you vibrate at a higher frequency (both mentally and physically), what no longer resonates disappears.
It is therefore important to know that mind-brain-body form a golden trinity for both physical and material well-being. Your brain contains the equivalent of the entire internet on Earth, imagine that. You can do something with it if you master the right language.
Next year, we will devote extensive attention to this in our Andalusian retreat center (we don't have a name yet), on a personal level (maximum 4 to 6 participants). We will guide you on a path that gives you insight into how you can be different, what and who you really are, and not what you thought you were. By creating certain shifts in consciousness, you can continue to follow this path and feel, know, believe, and trust why you are here on Earth and what your mission in this life will be.
