What is your reality?

What is reality, anyway?
A seemingly simple question, but one that invites deep reflection.
Traditionally, reality is defined as that which truly exists, regardless of what we think or believe. That is the view of the realists: there is an objective world outside of our minds. But I see it differently.
For me, reality is not something that exists separately from us, but an experience — a dynamic perception shaped by our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. What you experience as "real" is determined by your brain, your senses, and your inner world. We don't see the world as it is, but as we are.
The many layers of reality
Every human being lives in his or her own interpretation of reality — a personal reality. In natural science, reality is often understood as something that is measurable and repeatable. But in quantum mechanics, that distinction becomes blurred: there, reality itself seems to depend on perception.
A particle only "exists" in a certain state at the moment it is measured.
This idea opens a fascinating door: what does "existence" mean if something only exists when it is observed?
Suppose that the universe — or whatever you want to call the "quantum field," "the Matrix," or "the holographic web" — is the container of all possible realities. In that field, the past, present, and future exist simultaneously.
Every possibility, every scenario, already exists. We move through that field with our feelings, our attention, and our beliefs. What we feel and believe determines at which point in that field we "log in." In other words, we choose, often unconsciously, which reality we want to live in.
Reality as a choice
Take someone with a serious diagnosis.
The doctor says, "You have cancer, and this is the treatment plan."
That is the doctor's reality, based on medical knowledge and experience. The patient can choose to identify completely with that reality—with all the feelings of fear, uncertainty, and powerlessness that come with it. Or that person can connect with another reality: one in which healing, trust, and inner strength are central. In the quantum field, both possibilities already exist.
By focusing conviction, feeling, and consciousness, one shifts from one reality to another. This is not a matter of "positive thinking," but of being. You manifest not by thinking or visualizing, but by embodying what you want to be. In that holographic web, each part is a reflection of the whole.
When you change, the field changes with you. This may explain why we sometimes experience déjà vu—a moment when we connect with another, parallel version of the same event. It is as if we are looking through the curtain of time and space for a moment.
The essence
So reality is not a fixed given, but a living process. You choose — consciously or unconsciously — which frequency, which state of being, you want to embody.
And what you are attracts the corresponding reality to you. That is why I say: ░L░I░V░E░ ░T░H░E░ ░C░H░A░N░G░E░ ░Y░O░U░ ░W░A░N░N░A░ ░B░E░.░
Because only when you live what you want to experience, does it become real.
