We often think we are doing everything right to manifest what we want.

And yet nothing seems to change.

WHY IS THAT?

Many of our beliefs originate in childhood and adolescence. Ask 50 people about their experiences with parents or caregivers, and you will hear words such as: anger, cold, judgmental, controlling, jealous, fearful, abusive, absent, critical, unfair, and so on.

These experiences usually fall under three themes: Abandonment, low self-esteem, and lack of confidence. We go through life with that baggage.

Those beliefs are not truths, but masks we unconsciously wear to hide pain and trauma. Yet they have an effect: because in the quantum field—whether you call it the Universe, the Matrix, or God—emotion is the language. What you believe and feel, you transmit. And that becomes your reality.

That's why it doesn't help to say, “I can heal myself,” if you remain stuck in the victim role. Quantum physics does not respond to words, but to the emotion behind them.

An example:

someone wants to sell his business to retire. He feels uneasy and anxious because no new customers are coming in. That belief and emotion block the outcome. Only when he feels a new “me”—someone who confidently sees the sale succeed and experiences freedom—does a different reality open up.

So the key is to create a new self-image. Imagine and feel what it's like to already be living the life you want. Your brain doesn't distinguish between imagination and reality. The more you embody that new feeling, the faster circumstances will align with it.
